Level One Chargers
Level one chargers are the basic charger or EVSE that will generally come with your new EV. These are great for on-the-go and short charging needs but are not always sufficient for achieving a full, overnight charge.
Power Output: 120V 1.4kW
Expected Range: ~4.5 miles of range per hour of charging
Level 2 Charger
Level Two Chargers are the preferred selection for at home charging. Superior power output gives much more vehicle range per charging hour. With the higher power capacity and permanent installation, professional installation is recommended.
Power Output: 240V, 3.8kW-7.2kW
Expected Range: ~12-26 miles of range per hour of charging
Level 3 Charger
Unlike the level one and two chargers that utilize alternating current (AC) to charge your EV, level 3 chargers deliver the most power with direct current (DC). Because of the extremely high power output and high costs, level three chargers are almost exclusively used in commercial applications.
Expected Range: ~40 miles of range per 10 min. of charging

How we started.
EZ EVolution was founded in 2020 by Jeff DeNooyer who had a vision for bringing simple EV charging solutions to customers. With a background in automotive retail, he recognized a need in the marketplace for customers to have a streamlined purchase experience as EV adoption continues to grow - there were just too many barriers to level 2 charger installation. Out of this desire to enhance the customer experience, and increase EV adoption, EZ EVolution was born!
